    Spherion is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team in Arden, NC.

    As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by programming, setting up, and operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications.


    Responsibilities:

    • Program, set up and operate mills and lathes
    • Read blueprints, work orders and material specifications
    • Adjust and install tools, attachments and other necessary equipment to machinery
    • Enter instructions, offsets, and complete calculating requirements
    • Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chase
    • Commitment to safety and complianceWorking hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:
    • Able to read blueprints, schematics or diagrams
    • Work independently or on a team
    • Commitment to quality and job completion
    • Able to complete production with little to no errors or quality issuesEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED-Previous experience operating a CNC machine a plus
