    PropioLanguage Servicesis transforming communication by developing tools and technologies that make it easier and more efficient for clients to engage with the Limited English Proficiency Population to improve access to healthcare and essential services in social services, education, legal and many others.

    Propio is rapidly growing and is looking to hire a highly motivated StrategicAccount Executiveto join our team.The Account Executive is responsiblefor selling in new service lines and increasing revenue across an assigned group of growth targeted accounts. The Account Executive will identify, pursue, and close all expansion opportunities by leveraging relationships with decision makers in their assigned accounts. This role has both account management and sales responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact for a large group of growth targeted accounts, addressing their day-to-day needs, providing support, and ensuring their satisfaction with Propio's services.
    • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales expansion opportunities.
    • Negotiate and execute contracts for expansion business.
    • Track the status and follow up on all open opportunities in your pipeline.
    • Build relationships with key client stakeholders at decision making level.
    • Understand the needs of the client and come up with revenue driving solutions.
    • Respond to client inquiries and maintain thorough documentation of communications.
    • Manage client requests for billing resolution, call and interpreter disputes, and general questions.
    • Input client information into data management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Expertly understand on all Propio service lines.
    • Perform other responsibilities and duties as needed.
    • Travel as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree orequivalent work experience
    • 3+ years in a sales/account management role
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
    • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
    • Experience utilizing SalesForce/Zoom Info (preferred)
