Description
We are looking for BE/BC Obstetricians/Gynecologists to join Baptist Health Women's Clinic in North Little Rock, which is located in a new office building at BHMC-NLR. This building conveniently includes a pharmacy and a multi-specialty group, and also hosts three (3) graduate medical education programs in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Psychiatry.
About the company: Baptist Health, the largest healthcare system in Arkansas, operates eleven (11) hospitals and over 150 clinics. BHMC-NLR, a 250-bed facility, offers 7 L&D rooms and 12 postpartum rooms, delivering a significant number of babies each year. Seven Obstetricians/Gynecologists currently practice in the market and deliver at this hospital.
Join our team: This position is part of Arkansas Health Group, the employed physician group for Baptist Health, which boasts a team of over 500 healthcare providers covering various specialties. Employees benefit from a competitive base salary, quarterly production bonuses based on workload, yearly quality incentives, as well as comprehensive benefits, a retirement plan, and a CME allowance. On-call duties follow a 1/6 rotation.
