    Job Summary:

    We have a fantastic client seeking to expand their team with an Associate Quality Inspector. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting inspection activities to evaluate product conformity with engineering drawings and/or models. Additionally, you'll handle First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, documentation, and administrative tasks related to managing Bills of Materials (BOMs). Proficiency in Excel is a must

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct inspections to assess the conformity of products with engineering designs and specifications.
    • Preparing FAI reports and documentation
    • Responsible of documentation management of BOMs
    • Ensure that products, components, subassemblies, and systems meet all necessary requirements.
    • Implement innovative solutions and best practices throughout the product realization process to enhance organizational value.
    • Collaborate with Quality Engineers to identify and address non-conforming conditions that may lead to defects in products.
    • Assist in developing inspection plans and checklists.
    • Initiate actions with the Material Review Board based on generated discrepancy notices.
    • Facilitate material movement transactions post-inspection.
    • Specialize in various inspection areas such as receiving, in-process, process verification/auditing, or final inspection.
    • Uphold the organization's mission, values, and culture through effective communication and support.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Familiarity with manufacturing standards (e.g., J-Std-001/IPC-A-610) or mechanical techniques like geometric dimensioning and tolerance practices.
    • Strong experience and knowledge of excel
    • Proficiency in using measurement devices such as calipers, pin gauges, and go/no-go gauges to ensure mechanical part compliance.
    • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and verify parts dimensions accordingly.
    • strong analytical skills to interpret data and effectively communicate findings to technical staff.
