- Develop and implement Life Enrichment programs
- Develop, publish and implement monthly activities calendar
- Work closely with other departments to develop and coordinate resident and staff appreciation
- Manage department budget and ordering supplies and equipment
- Encourage staff, resident and resident's family to take part in activates
- Manage department budget and financials
- Manage other Activities Aide and Coordinators
- Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Recreation Management or similar is preferred
- 1+ years of social/recreational program management, Life Enrichment manager or similar experience in long term care
- Creative in creating materials and activities appropriate for our residents
- Strong communication skills
