Job Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in Water Damage Mitigation and Restoration (required)
• IICRC Certification (preferred)
• Ability to work safely in a construction environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Must be able to wear respiratory protection and other PPE
• Availability for after-hours work and participation in emergency on-call rotation

Pay: $ $31.51 per hour
