    Opportunity Overview

    As a Production/Material Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of new products. You will collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to refine prototypes, conduct thorough risk assessments, and finalize requests.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine prototype Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage project planning BOMs.

    • Drive key initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders, including management, peers, and suppliers.

    • Develop and communicate estimated shipping dates for Sales Orders, revising and updating scheduled shipping dates as needed.

    • Evaluate forecast plans and ensure alignment with in-house and contract manufacturing slot/build plans and commitments.

    • Act as the escalation point for delivery risks and participate in project core meetings to discuss potential delivery challenges.

    About You

    • Degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

    • Minimum 5 years of planning experience in a new product environment.

    • Experience in managing project planning BOMs and working with cross-functional teams.

    • Ability to navigate the organization with limited guidance and identify tasks to support outcomes.

    • Familiarity with the design process and phase gate reviews.

    • Experience with Rapid-Response, Tableau, and Oracle ERP systems.

    • APICS Supply Chain Certifications and project management (PMP) skills (preferred).

    • Self-driven and goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
