Fabricator III Overview
Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking Fabricator III (Senior Level) for leading manufacturing client in Huger, SC In this hands-on role, you'll fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components critical to the manufacturing and repair of industrial equipment. If you're a skilled fabricator who can read blueprints, perform quality welds, and work independently, we want to hear from you
Fabricator III Highlights:

• Location: Huger, SC
• Schedule: Full-time, steady hours with openings on 1st and 2nd shift
  1st shift 6AM-2:30PM M-F
  2nd shift 2:00PM-10:30 M-F
• Pay: Starts at $24-30, based on experience and benefits package offered during first 90 days
• Training: In-house certification for crane, forklift, and welding (if needed)
• Work Environment: Industrial manufacturing facility supporting global metals production
Fabricator III Duties:
• Fabricate and assemble metal parts for machinery and equipment
• Perform gas and electrical welding, brazing, and cutting
• Set up, assemble, and tack weld components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect incoming equipment and determine necessary maintenance
• Build up worn or defective surfaces to restore functionality
• Operate torches and oxygen lances for cutting and dismantling
• Occasionally lead and assist lower-level staff or work on-site with customers
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety standards
Fabricator III Requirements & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of fabrication experience in an industrial environment
• Welding TIG and Stick experience required (certification a plus)
• Crane and forklift experience/certification preferred (training available)
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to align and fit materials with high precision
• Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
