    Job Overview:


    The Assistant Food and Beverage Director will assist in overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, conferences, and room service.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food and beverage management, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

    The budgeted range starts at $125, ,000 + annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.


    Job Responsibilities but not limited:


    • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, in-room dining, and banquets ensuring high standards of quality and service.
    • Design and implement an innovative beverage program that aligns with the establishment's brand, target market, and culinary offerings.
    • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director in developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue and control costs.
    • Supervise food and beverage management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, special events, and promotions.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitors, suggesting innovations and improvements.
    • Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-outlet food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and financial management.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    Compensation Range

    The compensation for this position is $125,000.00/Yr. - $145,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
