Job Description:

A Construction Management company in the Litchfield Park area is looking for a Controller to join their team. This person will be responsible for financial and accounting functions of the company and affiliate entities. They are looking for someone who is able to grow into the CFO role in the next 5 years.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements for the company and affiliated entities

Creating budgets/managing budgets

Preparing construction costs and schedules

Performing profit forecasting

Reviewing job cost reports with the Project Managers
