    Digital Marketing Manager

    Job Summary:

    A unique opportunity to lead digital marketing efforts for City Winery's multiple locations. We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee paid digital ads, SEO, and email/text notifications across our markets.

    About the Role:

    This is a managerial position that requires strong experience in implementing and growing paid and owned digital media. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and managing successful digital marketing campaigns, with expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO principles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement digital ad campaigns for all shows taking place at multiple City Winery locations on Meta, Google, Spotify, Yelp.
    • Oversee digital ad implementation by Digital Marketing Coordinators in other markets.
    • Evaluate new ad platforms, make recommendations using ROI analysis, implement experiments, and measure impact.
    • Manage and monitor ad spend, CPA, and ROAS to ensure effective results across all platforms.
    • Provide timely weekly and monthly reporting on digital ad, SEO, and email/text performance.

    Requirements:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Extensive understanding of digital marketing principles.
    • Inherently tech savvy and passionate about technology-driven experiences.
    • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms.
    • Expertise in Google Analytics, including building dashboards and drilling down to product and buy flow analytics by channel.

    Salary:

    $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
