    We manufacture and sell kitchenware and hydration products for all types of retailers - from national chains all over the world to independent shops in the small towns throughout the US. As our business continues to grow, we are in search of passionate and talented candidates to join our Product Development team as Senior members within our Retailer -focused division.

    You—a creative and detail orientated person passionate about product and creating. You are looking for a fast-paced environment that will keep you motivated and on your toes You love to see your ideas become a reality and think outside the box to bring the best to market. You can assess the market and trends and work with our suppliers to get the job done. You work well with multiple teams throughout our organization to collect feedback and knowledge to make us better. You work with our sales team to show ensure our retailers expectations are met.

    The Details

    • Work with our suppliers to meet product requirements including, design specs, material review, packaging requests and costing.
    • Act as liaison between sales and suppliers to support retailer specific programs
    • Working directly with our sales, design, and production teams to bring innovative products to market constantly while maintaining the profitability of your category through constant review of sales data, material costs, freight calculation and feedback.
    • Frequent market comp shops to maintain up to date market knowledge of price points, key items, and trends.
    • Communicate via presentations and meetings with our sales teams to ensure they have all necessary tools to sell your products into their retail channels.
    • Travel domestically and internationally as needed (Asia to meet with our suppliers and factory teams, Europe for trend inspiration). Occasional domestic travel with members of our sales team to help achieve custom tailored products to our many valued retail partners.

    Requirements:

    • At least 5+ years of experience in a product development, sourcing or relevant industry role
    • Must have basic MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Must be a team player with a positive outlook
    • Must be organized
    • Must be a self starter
    • Most importantly, must love product and want to "own" your categories and see them through to successful execution in stores across the world
