    Employment with Tridant Solutions Inc. is contingent upon a successful contract award for this position in conjunction with the candidate's ability to successfully pass a criminal background screening, and controlled substance/ drug screening, and provide valid document(s) that serve as confirmation of your right to work in the United States


    JOB DESCRIPTION


    The Site Manager II (Alt) candidate will provide supervision for employees to include but not limited to, planning and managing operations professionally; coaching and mentoring supervisors and leads, ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources; ensuring that accurate and timely reports are provided; effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of services ordered; and execute cost saving factors and quality controls to ensure work is performed as scheduled and at a fair and reasonable cost.

    DUTIES
    (Including but not limited to)

    Provide overall supervision, guidance, feedback, and professionalism to all staff.
    Plan and manage supply chain/logistics operations professionally.
    Ensure work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources.
    Ensure accurate and timely reports are provided to the correct personnel.
    Ability to coach and mentor supervisors and leads.
    Document management

    Provide effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of the labor-hour services, and ensure cost-saving factors, practices, and quality controls are used to ensure work is performed safely, as scheduled, and at a fair and reasonable cost.

    Additional Site Lead administrative duties as required or assigned.


    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    MUSTbe a US CITIZEN & possess SECRET CLEARANCE


    MUST


    have at least three (3) years of experience in Distribution Management or at least seven (7) years of management experience in warehouse storage and distribution operations.


    MUST


    have a minimum of two (2) years of experience using automated warehouse management systems; the experience must be relevant and within the past five (5) years.


    MUST
    possess the knowledge and skills required to plan, control, manage, and successfully complete the work.

    MUST
    have excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Successful performance in a complex Department of Defense supply/logistics operation is a PLUS.


    REPORTING INFORMATION
    Work Schedule
    Monday- Friday
    Day shift, specific hours TBD
    After-hours, weekend, and holiday work will be required.
    Work Location

    Travel
    Required as needed to additional worksites within the local area.

    The candidate will be entitled to expenses reimbursed* (*=restrictions on reimbursement items may apply) by the Joint Travel Regulations/ JTR and reimbursed per the current GSA rate at the time of travel.
