The Program Manager is responsible for the overall design, implementation, management, planning, coordination and success of the federally funded TRiO Talent Search program.Facilitates the development of activities and programs designed to encourage underrepresented students to overcome barriers to postsecondary education, to improve high school retention and graduation rates, and promote college degree attainment.

- representatives of community agencies,
- TRIO staff and student services areas
