So I think that one of the biggest, biggest things that drives me to be committed to my work is that every day, uh you have the opportunity to, to help people.

Um People necessarily don't wanna be in our hospitals or in our clinics. Um So again, it's that opportunity to help somebody and it may be the smallest thing that they appreciate.

So, um and I think my work ethic over the years and, and security over the uh that has committed to this work, um trying to make things a little bit better and safer for our, our, our, our staff.

Um That's one of the biggest motivating uh commitments to work for me is to make sure everyone that walks in any of our facilities, they feel safe and we have the right tools to do that.

Um And the leadership to do that. So that's the biggest commitment I have is to make sure everybody that walks into our facilities feels safe.
