    E-Learning Developer

    (Temp Position)

    We are seeking an E-Learning Developer to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis (up to hours/week). Work with the Talent Training & Development team to rebuild existing operational e-learning content in Articulate 360.

    Create engaging and interactive operational training courses for frontline hourly team members, ensuring a seamless transition and enhanced user experience.

    Responsibilities
    Use Articulate 360 to redesign and rebuild existing e-learning course content.
    Review content to ensure it is well-written, clear, and easily understandable.
    Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to understand learning objectives and content requirements.
    Develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules that align with instructional design principles and brand guidelines.
    Ensure compatibility and responsiveness of e-learning courses across various devices and platforms.
    Incorporate multimedia elements, quizzes, and assessments to enhance learner engagement.
    Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to e-learning content development.
    Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in course content.

    Requirements
    Demonstrated experience with Articulate 360
    Portfolio showcasing previous e-learning development projects
    Understanding of instructional design principles
    Familiarity with multimedia elements, including graphics, audio, and video integration
    Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently in a part-time, temporary role
