- Generate and consolidate material requirements and drawings from ERP system
- Communicate and follow up with suppliers relating to pricing, lead times, order acknowledgements, shipping dates, status updates, shipping documentation, and material certificates
- Promptly update ERP system with lead times
- Create and Issue Purchase Orders to approved suppliers
- Promptly execute and Respond to Part Availability inquiries
- Update In Transit Tracker Information
- Provide weekly status report to supervisor
- Create Receivers for all incoming parts
- Order MRO Supplies to support the business
- BS degree, preferred
- 1-3 years experience in an ISO 9001 environment
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong understanding of bills of material (BOM) and drawings, preferred
