- Minimum two years experience in Occupational Medicine or related specialty
- Licensed in the state of WA as a PA by the time of employment
- Board certified by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

This is a position for our Yakima Occupational Medicine clinic, COMING SOON in Yakima, WA.
FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday - Friday
* No after hours call responsibility and no weekend hours. *
Physician First Year Salary - 1.0 FTE Min $285,168 - Max $285,168 / year
APP First Year Salary - Min $152,880 - Max $152,880 / year
