• Position: Help Desk Analyst III
• Location: Roseville, MN (on-site, 5 days a week)
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Help Desk Analyst III to provide advanced technical support in a dynamic, Windows-based environment. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert, handling complex technical issues, system upgrades, hardware and software implementation, and end-user training. • Provide Level I–III technical support for both on-site and remote users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Identify root causes of recurring incidents and recommend preventive solutions or self-service options.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and specialized applications.
• Participate in system upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to standardize hardware and software across the organization.
• Maintain detailed documentation for asset management and support processes.
• Assist with special IT projects and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience, including Tier II/III service desk roles.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote desktop tools.
• Experience with software deployment, system imaging, and endpoint management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The majority of the clients we serve are age's birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.

SALARY RANGE:

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The range for this role is $30.00 to $32.60 hourly, based on experience and qualifications.
