- Report on progress of goals and objectives
- Monitor performance progress with management and key trainers
- Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
- Train in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and provide greater promotional opportunities
- Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, customer service as needed
- Preferred Bachelor of Science, Business or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in distribution environment processing transactions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task a must
- Good computer skills (Microsoft office); EPICOR, Eclipse experience a plus
- Excellent team player and customer service driven
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Detailed oriented and good math skills
- Willing to work overtime, as needed
- This position requires local travel to include occasional overnight stay.

We have an opening for a Supply Chain/Logistics Operations Apprentice. The core of the apprentice program consists of rotating job assignments, through main segments of the supply chain such as the following: Material Management Services, Procurement, Logistics and Distribution, Inventory Control, and Transportation.
