- Follow the resident service plan including; assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition
- Communicate problems, concerns, and issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds with an appropriate team member
- Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures
- Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines
- Relate and communicate with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees
- Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residents
- Preferred candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving. If new to healthcare, we will train
- Exude a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor
- Compose reports in English

We are Regency Village at Redmond, centrally located in Redmond, OR. We are a retirement and assisted living community providing each individual compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team.
As a caregiver, you assist our senior residents in their daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, social-recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks. You will report to the wellness director.
