We re committed to fostering an environment for every teammate that s welcoming respectful and inclusive with great opportunity for professional growth Find your future with us You will be joining a fast-paced Phantom Works program where you will be responsible for developing and integrating processes to support the development of Mission Systems including sensors communication navigation and weapon systems In this role you will be joining a cross-functional team integrating new Mission Systems processes as part of a very exciting and critically important development effort To excel in this role you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with a deep understanding of engineering design You should also have a proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives and driving positive change within a team Position Responsibilities Lead the development and approval of new processes to support the Mission Systems design practices Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps in current processes or the lack of processes Improve existing processes and define processes for new tool technologies Provide strategic direction for the application of industry standard analysis methods techniques continuously improve optimize solutions complex engineering throughout value stream Guide usage adoption artifacts by Mission Systems teams ensure adherence Advise engineering management program leadership on Mission Systems process adherence implementation strategies ensure engineering excellence program success Lead review products alignment project plans applicable Boeing Enterprise/industry standards This position is expected work onsite Berkeley MO Selected candidate required work onsite Berkeley MO Travel may require up to 10% time This position requires ability obtain US Security Clearance which US Government requires US Citizenship condition employment An interim final U S Secret Clearance Post-Start may required Basic Qualifications Required Skills Experience Bachelor Science degree Engineering Engineering Technology Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry non-US equivalent qualifications directly related work statement Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Required Relocation offers relocation based on candidate eligibility Security Clearance requires ability obtain U.S. Security Clearance which U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship A final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required Visa Sponsorship Employer not sponsor applicants employment visa status Shift This position is 1st shift Equal Opportunity Employer Boeing Equal Opportunity Employer Employment decisions made regard race color religion national origin gender sexual orientation gender identity age physical mental disability genetic factors military/veteran status other characteristics protected law.
