*General Information:

Beds: 34


Patient Types:
Higher level of telemetry patients.

PCI pre/post care, CHF, MI, DMII, GI, GU, ONC, Sepsis, Stroke, Neutropenia, COVID(higher level of oxygenation), PNA, AMS, TIA, AKI, Dehydrations, ETOH, Syncope, CKD, Afib with RVR, Dialysis, NSTEMI, Leukemia, Pulmonary Edema, Anemia, Shock, Chest pain, Hypoxia

High volume of post-cath lab procedures – TR bands, stent placements (must be familiar with the procedure), fresh cath patients (no sheaths) requiring q15 min checks.

Do not take DKA – those patients go to ICU.

High Spanish-speaking population (30-50%)

High volume of the underserved population – charity care – looking for compassionate caregivers.
