The Role:
Ensure the consistent application of the company's visual identity, adhering to brand guidelines in all design work
Participate in defining and evolving the brand's visual identity to keep it fresh and relevant in partnership with our Head of Design and Director of Marketing
Design and maintain the company website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence
Optimize the site for conversions and user experience
Create landing pages and microsites for various marketing campaigns
Develop a wide range of marketing collateral
Design eye-catching materials that maintain brand consistency and align with marketing goals
Create digital assets for marketing campaigns
Work closely with the marketing team to translate marketing strategies and messages into captivating visuals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with product launches and promotions
Stay up-to-date with design trends and digital marketing best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table
About You:
3+ years of relevant experience as a graphic/visual communication designer at an agency, firm, or in-house studio or team
A strong portfolio showcasing examples of branding and marketing design, demonstrating a solid knowledge of consumer-focused design principles
Concrete ability to single-handedly conceptualize and think critically about design
Relentless attention to detail and enthusiasm for brand stewardship
Expert project management abilities, including experience in directing freelance or contractors
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with other teams and outside agencies
Collaborative approach and an openness to feedback from peers and partners
Proficiency with Figma, the Adobe Suite, and other design tools of your choice
