I am working with a very progressive and innovative international Dental Sales organization in trying to fill a Territory Manager opening in a Washington D.C.-NVA-Montgomery County, Maryland metro based territory. This territory will include the state of Maryland, the state of Virginia and the D.C. metro area -- hence, plenty of windshield time and up to 4-5 overnights per month. *Candidates can live in NVA/D.C. metro/MD - ideally Montgomery County or close to D.C.

You will be selling a diversified product portfolio to both General Dentists & Specialists in a prospecting & account management type of sales role.

-$80,000-$85,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Commission -$50,000-$60,000 @ plan (No Caps) + Quarterly Bonus + Car Allowance & Comprehensive benefits package. $130,000-$140,000> 1st year earning potential.

Experience Desired:

-BA/BS Degree - Life Science Degree a plus; Activities/Leadership on campus; NCAA Sports. Worked through college to finance degree.

-3 years-7+ years of successful outside sales experience (i.e. Quota Attainment percentage of 100%>; Top 10%-20% Regional or Natoinal sales rankings; Promotions; Rookie of the Year; President's Club award) from a Fortune 1000 company or a firm with a professional sales training program.

--B2B Sales with Dental Sales or Medical Sales is also an ideal background to come from.

-Business-to-Business sales (Uniform Rental; Facility Services; Office Products/IT Services; Consumer "On-Premise" -Bars/Restaurants; Staffing Services) is an ideal background to come from for this career opportunity.
