- Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
- Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
- Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
- Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
- Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
- Maintain OSHA requirements
- Mentor less experienced construction professionals
- Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
- Utilize Procore
- Travel required
- Ground Up Commercial construction Project Experience
- Light industrial, distribution, PEMB, warehouse or similar type projects highly preferred
- Wanting 50% or more Travel
- Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
- Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
- Ability to create strong relationships with clients
- Travel Package/ Per Diem - $800-$900/month
- Allowances - $1000/month truck allowance & $100/month Phone allowance
- Excellent base salary (highly competitive and negotiable)
