    The Director of Med Clinic Support Line will work collaboratively with team and other state leaders within the organization to develop and grow an effective line of communication and support services between clients and their providers. The Director of Med Clinic Support Line will oversee a team of individuals who will be working directly with mental health clients, nursing, providers, and other outside resources within the community.

    What will I be doing?

    • The Director of Med Clinic Support Line will be a leader with a strategic mindset that is able to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Maximize the use of reporting and tracking tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of client service delivery.
    • Proactively identify ways to streamline processes, workflows, and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
    • Support staff who will be frontline to client service inquiries and scheduling.
    • Manages processes around front-line data and forms placed into a client record.
    • Ensures that insurance is verified, copays are collected, and authorizations are in place when needed.
    • Assists with department failed claims and audits.
    • Collaborates closely with department staff and other service departments within the organization.
    • Organizes team meetings.
    • Clearly communicates and follows policies and procedures.
    • Maintains privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
    • Supervises Medical clinic staff and complete all tasks associated
    • Participates in recruitment and interviewing of potential new staff.
    • Completes new hire paperwork, develops orientation and onboarding schedule as well as gathering supporting documentation needed for HR.
    • Approves requested Paid Time Off and Leaves of Absence.
    • Preforms other duties as assigned.

    What are the qualifications?

    • Assoicates Degree with 5 years' experience in customer service, healthcare billing/insurance, and collections, preferably in mental health setting.

    • Strong organizational skills, able to plan and manage daily operations and fiscal activities.
    • Capable of interpreting and communicating complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
    • Ability to analyze data, define problems, and derive valid conclusions.
