Offer Details

$

150,000 bonus package

$290,191 base salary

Moving allowance up to $15,000

Benefits start day 1 of employment- health/dental/vision, short- & long-term disability, 401k/403b/457b retirement match plans, paid malpractice and tail coverage, $6,000/year CME, and so much more

BC/BE Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible
