We are seeking an exceptional Overnight Stocking Manager to join Meijer within our East and West Grand Rapids store locations. The leader will be responsible for driving recognition feedback and coaching performance management training and development succession planning. They will direct Leads and Team Leaders while ultimately being accountable for area operations and financials shrink productivity safety scheduling forecasting staffing needs team member customer conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have a passion to provide industry leading service demonstrated ability to communicate with team members in a way that provides clear precise direction analyzed financial statistical information make informed decisions lead organization practices working safely all times demonstrates proactive creative thinking applies business thorough understanding seasonal diverse merchandising meets customers community needs gains sales market share strong business acumen innovative attitude helps Meijer set industry standard commitment fostering inclusive environment where all team members vendors feel valued supported.Job description
