    Description

    Room Coordinator Contractor at Metasys Technologies

    Location: Reynoldsburg, OH (onsite)
    Duration: Extendable Contract position

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage sample organization, unboxing, and setup
    • Receive samples from distribution center and mailroom
    • Assist in meeting preparation and seasonal assortment planning
    • Help with SKU item costing, packout, and maintenance
    • Execute visual updates with merchandising teams
    • Handle third-party vendor operations and support test needs

    Sample Library:

    • Receive, check in/out, and photograph samples
    • Maintain product inventory and conduct physical inventories
    • Archive items no longer current
    • Communicate timely with internal partners
    • Pull inventory reports and support library reporting
    • Understand end-to-end Library process & product

    Requirements:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Flexible and skilled in multitasking
