- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware components including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnosing hardware problems and coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Creating, maintaining, and managing security groups within Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Collaborating with other members of the IT Department to ensure proper access controls.
- Continuously improving processes related to security group assignments and access control.
- Assisting with network setup, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity issues and assist in resolving network-related problems.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
- Experience in IT helpdesk software (e.g., ServiceDesk).
- Understanding of access controls, permissions, and Group Policy.
