    Job DescriptionSalary:

    The ideal BCM One Office Admin is energetic and resourceful with excellent organizational and communications skills. The Office Admin must be able to work independently and in a team setting. They must be able to think on their feet, be detail-oriented, and adapt easily to change. The position requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently. The Office Admin must feel comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the organization.

    The right candidate will understand the importance of presenting themselves with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, as well as exhibiting excellent telephone etiquette. This is an ideal position for an active college student looking for work while attending classes. We are only a short 1-block walk from Grand Central. We have had many of our prior office admins promoted to other positions within the company. We are actively interviewing for this role in order to fill it ASAP.

    Work Locations:

    This position will be required to work out of our NYC office Monday through Friday. This job is not eligible for sponsorship or relocation.

    Hours: Part-time, up to 25 hours per week

    What You Will Do:

    • Greet guests
    • Maintain order and cleanliness of the reception area
    • Manage welcome screens and all screen content
    • Maintain cleanliness of the general office area
    • Prep and reserve conference rooms for meetings
    • Help organize storage areas
    • Separate, scan, and distribute mail/packages
    • Create shipping labels for packages
    • Manage and purchase office supplies and pantry items
    • Order meals for in-office meetings as needed
    • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

    What You Will Need:

    • Minimum of a high school degree or GED required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Well-versed in the Microsoft O365 suite of products. Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills and organizational ability, with keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability and willingness to work out of the office daily.
