    Per il nostro cliente, Grandi Stazioni Rail, gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato, stiamo ricercando un/a
    da inserire all'interno della Struttura Audit.
    Attività del Ruolo:
    Svolgere gli interventi, pianificati e non pianificati (spot), di audit, redigere rapporti di audit e individuare le proposte di azioni correttive e/o migliorative del Sistema di controllo interno;
    Monitorare l'implementazione delle azioni correttive definite dal management ad esito delle verifiche di audit;
    Fornire supporto al responsabile nella valutazione del SCIGR;
    Supportare il responsabile nella gestione dei flussi informativi di competenza della struttura indirizzati al Vertice aziendale e agli Organi di controllo e di vigilanza;
    Recepire gli indirizzi, le politiche e le metodologie di Gruppo in materia di internal auditing e di specifici sistemi/strumenti a supporto del miglioramento continuo delle attività di internal auditing e del Sistema di Controllo Interno e di Gestione dei Rischi (SCIGR);
    Implementare e gestire i modelli di auditing avanzati (continuous auditing, agile auditing), in linea con gli indirizzi di Gruppo in materia di internal auditing;
    Fornire supporto specialistico in materia di SCIGR, anche nell'ambito di progetti aziendali in cui è previsto il coinvolgimento della funzione Internal Audit.
    Requisiti richiesti:
    Titolo di studio: Laurea magistrale in Economia;
    Esperienza pregressa consolidata in Società di revisione, di consulenza o in realtà aziendali di medie o grandi dimensioni;
    Conoscenza del COSO Report, delle principali disposizioni normative con impatto sul sistema di controllo interno (L. 262/05, DLgs 231/01, DLgs 196/03, Codice dei Contratti, etc);
    Ottima conoscenza Office (in particolare Excel, Power Point e Visio) e degli applicativi ERP (SAP);
    Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta);
    Spiccate capacità organizzative (coordinamento di progetti in simultanea) e capacità relazionali.
