This position develops, manages and optimizes processes involved in the receiving, and repacking of tools, and the shipping of tools and service parts.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities:
Manage and maintain operations for the receiving of tools.
Introduce innovation to support increase in productivity, throughput and fulfillment.
Meet and exceed KPI goals for output, productivity and efficiency.
Adjust processes, staffing and workflows inresponsetomarket conditions.
Manage and maintain operations for the processing of warranty returns,efficiently interfacing with corporate resources, workflows, and processes, while working closely with other areas when needed.
Drivecontinuous improvement, employee engagement, safety, productivity, and quality.Manage and control operations for special repack and returnprojects, where balancing labor and turnaround are key.
Data mining and reportingon department outputs and evaluate in order to find and action areas for improvement.
Alert corporate regarding trends and other information regarding returns.
Lead direct and indirect warehouse associates
Manage daily operations for PT-managed warehouses, e.g. resource planning.
Define, maintain and improve standards and processes in his/her area of responsibility.
Manageescalation (including communication with involved stakeholders)
Plan and monitor postponement and KIT building operations (if applicable).
Generate, interpret and analyze KPI and various other information and metrics via data mining and reporting., using tools like Excel, SAP, REMAS, Power Bi and Access.
Recommend improvements, identify trends and opportunitieswithin the department using data and metrics to find areas for improvement.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, technology, or related required.
Direct supervisory experience preferred.
Intermediate experience in the management of industrial processes and operations, including process improvement techniques (Kaizen) preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programs and systems preferred.
Intermediate or advanced skill in the Microsoft Suite including Access, Excel and Power BI required.
