The Senior Staff Product Operations Manager; Portfolio, Roadmaps & Resourcing is responsible for leading cross-portfolio operating mechanisms that connect strategy to execution across Product Engineering Design and Program Management PMO.You will consolidate portfolio strategy steward roadmap governance and drive the quarterly resourcing and prioritization process.
This role serves as a system steward for portfolio governance and resource alignment ensuring Global Product operates with consistent standards predictable cadences and transparent decision flows across all pillars.
We're looking for a proactive detail-oriented individual contributor who thrives in fast-paced environments makes principled decisions and builds consensus across diverse teams.
- Synthesize strategies across sub-portfolios to reveal interdependencies risks and opportunities.
- Partner with Corporate Strategy Strategic Risk Management on strategic analyses projects that shape portfolio direction.
- Lead quarterly cross-portfolio resourcing reviews delivering clear demand-vs-capacity views trade-offs portfolio-level allocation decisions.
