Swimming pool renovation combines multiple skill sets of traditional construction projects including plaster, tile, sandblasting and plumbing all with the same project management expectations that clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of the renovation process to ensure profitable, quality work including budget, proposal, contract, plan and subcontractors.

Responsible for quality control of the project and ensuring completion of all required inspections. Develop, update and track renovation schedule. Maintain jobsite paperwork. Enforce jobsite safety requirements. Create a positive, and professional relationship with employees, owners, vendors and contractors.
