Job description
United CDJR is growing and looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
We operate out of a 30,000 sq. ft. modern service facility, one of the largest in the five boroughs, built to support a high-volume service drive and efficient workflow.
If you can handle a busy shop, stay organized, and communicate clearly with both customers and technicians — you'll do well here.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and gather vehicle/service concerns
- Write and manage repair orders from start to finish
- Provide accurate estimates and set clear expectations
- Communicate with technicians to keep jobs moving
- Handle calls, scheduling, and daily workflow
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure all work meets warranty and compliance standards
What We're Looking For:
- Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- General knowledge of vehicle maintenance/services
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
