What it's like to be a Class A CDL Driver at Class A CDL Driver
As a new Full-Time Class A CDL Driver at Mid City Lumber LTD, you can expect a rewarding and engaging daily routine. Each day starts at 7:00 AM, where you'll prepare your vehicle and review your delivery schedule for the day. You'll be responsible for transporting lumber and construction materials to various job sites in and around Columbia, MO, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
Your day will involve conducting pre-trip inspections, loading and securing loads, and navigating local routes. You can look forward to a Monday through Friday schedule, wrapping up your shifts at 5:00 PM. Throughout your day, you'll collaborate with team members and reinforce our commitment to safety and excellence while enjoying a relaxed and traditional work atmosphere.

As a condition to your employment with Mid-City Lumber, you acknowledge that Mid-City requires that a drug test be preformed within 72 hours of your acceptance of the offer of employment set forth in this letter. Also a condition of employment by Mid-City, you hereby authorize Mid-City to conduct a background check prior to the Commencement Date. You acknowledge and agree that the offer of employment set forth in this letter is contingent uponthe completion of a background investigation to the satisfication of Mid-City.
