    Description
    We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Superintendent to support our residential property in Hanover, NH.

    The duties you will be responsible for will include:


    • Completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance.
    • Keeping the Senior Property Manager up-to-date on the property and any work that needs to be done.
    • Developing long and short-term maintenance planning.
    • Performing unit inspections.
    • Coordinating with contractors.
    • Updating records and reports related to maintenance.
    • Working with the Condo Association Board and attending bimonthly evening meetings.


    You will be scheduled to work 20-25 hours per week with some flexibility in the work hours and schedule, although you will be required to work Mondays and Fridays.

    This position includes emergency on-call duties.

    We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. An ability to work independently will be key to success in this role.


    • Knowledge of general apartment repair and previous experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.
    • Computer and smartphone skills are required; experience with Yardi or other work order systems would be a plus.
    • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
