• The irrigation foreman is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems as well as for managing employees, projects, and resources.
• The right applicant will also be responsible for the coordination of job activities and materials and will be able to create estimates and proposals for new work.
• We provide the proper tools and equipment needed for the job.
• Our irrigation foreman will make between $50,000 - $60,000 per year.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Relevant experience and references.
• Able to lift 50 LBS regularly.
• Be able to pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screens.
  
  

• Minimum 3 years experience as an irrigation technician.
• Minimum 5 years experience as an irrigation foreman.
• Minimum 5 years of industry-related (agricultural) experience.
• Must speak English (Spanish is a plus).
  
  

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix irrigation systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and use a wire tracker.
• Perform wet checks and make sure the irrigation systems and different zones are up and running.
• Install, repair, and replace valves, irrigation pumps, timers, solenoids, pressure switches, main lines, laterals, sleeves, controllers, timers, rain sensors, etc.
• Install and maintain controllers, timers, and rain sensors.
• Delegating tasks, overseeing all irrigation projects, and supervising the crew members to ensure that projects are completed most efficiently.
• Guaranteeing all crew members always obey health and safety regulations.
• Must have a working knowledge of South Florida landscaping and the water needs of plant material, as well as recognize stressed landscapes as a result of water deficiencies.
• Additionally, the following physical abilities are required: crouching, manual dexterity, hearing, kneeling, mental acuity, reaching, repetitive motion, speaking, standing, stooping, talking, visual acuity, and walking.
• Ability to inspect properties and generate reports to ensure the proper communication of service needs as well as create estimates and selling of irrigation services.
• Must possess superb communication skills and must speak and present themselves professionally.
