Every day each Fooda location is served by a different restaurant that comes onsite and serves fresh lunch from their chefs unique menu.
Foda operates in over 20 major US cities and continues its expansion across the United States Eight out of ten employees believe Foda is one of their companys top perks,
- You will support Fooda events in various capacities including being onsite to set-up tear down clean equipment problem solve ensure high quality set-up customer experience serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafes for team members who have time off get restaurants onsite access building
Gain competency with Fodas technology standard operations procedures Problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders late deliveries late restaurant arrivals incorrect email communication Troubleshoot technical issues point-of-sale POS system onsite technology TV menu boards Conduct onsite Foda promotions mobile app coaching Provide real-time onsite customer service resolve issues promptly directly consumer Facilitate audits restaurant event set-up ensure consistency high quality Escalate issues Operations Manager when necessary keep informed help problem solve Critical hours are over lunch Monday - Friday (10 am – 2 pm) but responsibilities may span 8am-4pm depending market need You must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis No phone calls or recruiters please<Job description
