Statement of the Job:
The OBIEE/BI Developer will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day application support and enhancements while closely collaborating with business and data analysts. This is an onsite full-time position.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain OBIEE reporting and repository layers.
Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into robust OBIEE reports and dashboards.
Optimize and tune OBIEE report performance for maximum responsiveness.
Manage OBIEE Reporting Database (RPD) development across physical, business, and presentation layers.
Conduct data modeling and create logical business models and metadata repositories.
Provide comprehensive training and support to business users on OBIEE tools and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) dashboards.
Work closely with IT teams to integrate OAS with other enterprise applications.
Perform regular system upgrades and patches in coordination with the IT infrastructure team.
Document technical designs, processes, and specifications for internal and compliance purposes.
Develop, enhance, and maintain OAS Data Visualizations, OBIEE Dashboards, Answers, and pixel-perfect BI Publisher reports.
Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, documentation, and deployment of report solutions.
Contribute to progress and status reporting, utilizing SCA project and requirements management tools.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
Strong understanding of logical and physical data models with a minimum of 4 years of experience using various data sources.
Proficiency in Oracle OBIEE Dashboards/Answers 12c (4 years) and Oracle BI Publisher years), including building complex templates.
Experience with Oracle Analytics Server and Data Visualization (2 years).
Solid grasp of Oracle Database 19c, including data modeling, queries, and stored procedures (4 years).
Familiarity with the scrum management framework and active participation in all scrum ceremonies.
Exceptional client interface and training skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with a strong process focus.
Collaborative working style with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business, or scientific discipline, or equivalent work experience.
