- Experience in behavioral health assessments, treatment/discharge planning, and evaluation of outcome-based system measures

- A licensed mental health professional or possess a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Services, or Mental Health (COMAR
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related or leadership role.
- Proven experience as Program Director or other managerial position.
- Experience in mental health and addictions or related field
- LCPC, LCSW, LCSW-C, or similar supervising licensure strongly preferred.
