    Position Summary:

    The Operations Supervisor supervises the daily activities of hourly and weekly workforce in the Georgia facilities in addition to providing management level oversight to all Georgia campuses during weekends.

    Ensures adherence to all Plant and Division SOPs, DOPs, QSR Guidelines, ISO standards and FDA requirements. Supports, develops and administers department budget(s). Provides a work environment that provides open communication and Client values. Key Responsibilities1. Ensures adequacy of staff through interviewing, hiring and training of employees. Prepares work schedules, expedites workflow and assists in the daily set-up of various operational activities. Delegates duties and examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures. Studies and standardizes procedure to improve efficiency.3. Participate actively in all 5S, Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives.4. Work proficiently in all aspects of the Enterprise Resource Planning systems (JDE, SAP) applicable to operations,.5.

    Responsible for compiling and submitting monthly departmental reports, such as budget, WIP inventory, cost variances and a variety of reports designed to measure performance of the Operation.6.

    Ensure proper training of employees and conformance to all SOPs and DOPs.7.

    Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Client policies and procedures, QSR and FDA guidelines and applicable state and federal regulations.8.

    Responsible for overseeing product verification, loading and shipping of product, and receipt of incoming trailers.9.

    Responsible for receipt of trailers, trailer inspections, updating the trailer log, processing receivers for all Divisions for IQC, GDC, and operations.

    Ensures accurate inventory movements and transactions.10. Provides leadership and oversight of operations in two different Georgia campuses in close proximity to each other.11.

    Scheduled work days and shifts are subject to change based on the needs of the business Educational Qualifications & Previous ExperienceBachelor's degree from 4-year College or university - technical degree preferred.

    Minimum of 2 to 4 years working in a GMP compliant medical device processing operation with supervisory responsibility.#J-18808-Ljbffr
