- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (CFY candidates welcome)
- Delaware state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with children with Autism and mid to low functioning abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Full-Time position (35 hours per week)

About Capital School District:
Capital School District, located in Dover, DE, is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists or Clinical Fellows to join our team for the upcoming school year. We are committed to providing exceptional educational and therapeutic services to our students with diverse needs, including those with Autism and mid to low functioning abilities.
Position Overview:
We are seeking full-time Speech-Language Pathologists or Clinical Fellows to work 35 hours per week at our specialized SPED school. The SLPs will work with students primarily in PK and elementary grades, but may also work with students up to 21 years old.
