    We're looking for passionate engineers to help us grow and maintain our open-source project DevLake ). DevLake is designed for developer teams looking to make better sense of their development process and to bring a more data-driven approach to their own practices. DevLake was launched in Dec 2021 and has already earned over 1,300 stars on Github, but we're just getting started

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Design and build advanced data integration and transformation infrastructure
    • Drive adoption of best practices in modern data stack
    • Support and grow the open-source community around DevLake
    This job is for you if you enjoy:
    1. Maintaining and contributing to a rising open-source project OR
    2. Making novel developer tools OR
    3. Solving data engineering and analytics challenges
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
    • 5 years of experience with software development
    • 1 year of experience with software design and architecture
    • Strong proficiency in Golang
    • Great communication and collaboration skills
    Nice to have:
    • Experience in maintaining or contributing to open-source projects
    • Experience in data engineering and analytics space
    • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
    • 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role
