- Must manage communications through multiple channels daily. (Phone, E-mail, Teams, etc. ) All plans and updates must be communicated outward as they happen.
- Must be able to manage numerous schedules and work directly with the internal sales team members, operations management, and the service team
- Communicate scheduling activities between customers, sales, the operations team, operators, and truck drivers.
- Keep detailed notes on customer interactions and project activities
- Assist in preparation of project documents/compliance documents
- Must be proficient with applications to aide in Dispatch operations, i.e., Visual Dispatch, Google Earth/Maps, MS Office Suite
- Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Responsible for ensuring data entry accuracy & scheduling efficiency.
- Assist in Monitoring operator/driver hours, assignments, and yard time.
- Assist with the logistics management of equipment such as spreader bars, man baskets, trailers, and additional non-crane related inventory.
- Must be able to work independently and effectively with minimal direct supervision.
- Must communicate clearly and efficiently to all PCS departments as required (Operations, Office/Clerical, Sales, Dispatch, and Service)
- Must understand (Or plan to learn) equipment capabilities and be knowledgeable with FMCSA/OSHA/MSHA/etc. rules and regulations
- Customer - Scheduling related, service level issues, time discrepancies, last minute adjustments to scheduling
- Employee - Job ticket clarification, time management, last minute adjustments to scheduling
- Confirm job information and packages are complete
- Must be able to be inquisitive and drill down with direct questions
- Ability to work independently with a high attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- General product knowledge of cranes and capabilities
- Self-starter with motivation and self confidence

The Dispatch Coordinator/Project Manager position requires an individual that can manage dynamic planning and complex logistics projects.
