Job Summary

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the service department.

*Please Note: Motorcycle Endorsement needed

Duties/Qualifications Include:

• Review the work-in-progress to ensure that quality and timeliness standards are met.
• Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed.
• Ensure the service department contributes and exceeds gross net profit goals.
• Maximize productivity levels of service technicians and make sure the team is well-trained and available when needed.
• Work with customers to give estimates/quotes and explain the services being performed.
• Stay up to date on new products, features, and accessories and attend product training as required.
• Maintain a high CXI rating by providing stellar customer service.
• Explain the service being performed and keep the customer informed and updated throughout the service process.
• Maintain a service customer follow-up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness.
• Hire and supervise all service department personnel, and monitor their performance in servicing customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a service manager is preferred, but not required.
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
• High school diploma or higher education
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Driven personality, eager to improve, and able to work within and support internal teams
