    HRIS Manager

    Our client, an international business consulting firm, is looking to hire an experienced HRIS Manager at its office in Downtown Boston. The individual in this role will employ their robust knowledge of HR and HR Information Systems to facilitate the implementation of a new system while managing the organization's broader HR tech environment as a whole and overseeing daily operations of those systems.

    Applicants must be able to work onsite 2-3 days per week in Boston, MA to be eligible for this position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and optimize HR technology solutions by evaluating current processes, technology, and user needs, aligning with business goals
    • Provide expert advice on enhancing HR tools, focusing on automation and process improvement
    • Play a pivotal role requiring both strategic vision and technical expertise, overseeing end-to-end design and implementation of new systems
    • Act as the primary coordinator among HR, IT, external vendors, and stakeholders for project success
    • Lead the deployment of new HRIS functionalities, ensuring efficient process design, data flow understanding, and technical support from conception through launch
    • Craft key HR reports and dashboards for leadership, manage HRIS operations and the HR technology team, fostering their technical skill development
    • Offer technical support, manage user access and system settings, ensuring HR data management aligns with security, compliance, and legal standards
    • Guarantee data integrity and compliance, establish best practices for data entry, and monitor system updates, assessing their impact on HR and other business systems

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Must have at least 5 years of experience with HR Information Systems across multiple HR functions
    • Experience working with professional services firms and a global workforce preferred
    • Hands-on experience and highly technical understanding of Workday and/or UKG required
    • Proven success supporting HRIS implementation or similar change initiative preferred
    • Thorough understanding of database construction and how reporting tools impact HR data flow
    • Strong knowledge of security, data integrity, system configuration and design, and release management process
    • Management experience and ability to develop direct reports and more junior team members a plus
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Adept and versatile communicator with the ability to translate between technical and business groups
