    Your Role:
    As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be a key player in shaping the nursing department's strategy, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment


    Your responsibilities will include:

    Leadership:
    Provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, inspiring a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

    Quality Assurance:
    Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices to maintain and enhance the quality of nursing care

    Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards

    Qualifications:
    Registered Nurse with a current and valid Illinois Registered Nursing RN license.
    Proven experience in nursing leadership, preferably as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.
    Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
